Design Innovation and Marketing: Suproe, in partnership with BanCoppel and Mozido, spearheaded the design and implementation of Zas!, an innovative solution that bridges traditional practices and digital innovation to drive customer loyalty and growth in the financial sector.
The Zas! initiative redefined customer engagement by transforming traditional printed “discounts” into a smartphone-based rewards program. Suproe collaborated with BanCoppel to design and operate dynamic campaigns, leveraging this modern platform to attract, retain, and activate customers. The pilot project launched in Pachuca, laying the groundwork for future nationwide expansion.
